As for AC Induction way, the basic structure of the electromagnetic actually is a sensor which can stimulate magnetic field, similar like a stator of a motor, mould just is a rotor. Sensor-generated magnetic field act on molten liquid metal of mould cause relative move of liquid metal which actually become conductive body, then appeared conductive current of the liquid metal interact with sensor-generated magnetic field, finally form a electromagnetic force which push movement of liquid metal. The movement of liquid metal is determined by the magnetic field. At present, the universal applied magnetic field is rotating magnetic field and traveling wave magnetic field.
